Project: Building a High-Performance .NET Team in Kyiv
Challenge: Our client, a dynamic FinTech tech company from the US with development center in Kyiv, needed to rapidly expand their development team with three experienced Senior .NET Developers. The catch? They prioritized candidates who could blend remote work with regular office visits, fostering a strong local team culture. While Kyiv-based talent was ideal, we were also tasked with widening the net across Ukraine to find the perfect fit.
Our Approach: We weren't just filling seats; we were building a team. Leveraging our extensive network and deep understanding of the Ukrainian tech scene, we targeted 1000+ .NET engineers, sparking conversations about the project's cutting-edge tech stack and the opportunity to contribute to a growing Kyiv hub. We went beyond simple CV screening, conducting in-depth interviews with over 30 candidates to assess not only their technical prowess but also their cultural fit and commitment to on-site collaboration.
Results: After rigorous technical evaluations, tests, and HR interviews, we presented 14 exceptional candidates to our client – each a potential game-changer. The outcome? Three successful job offers, three talented developers seamlessly integrated into the team, and three trial periods passed with flying colors. Our client not only filled their critical roles but also gained team members who are now integral to their ongoing success.
